Emcat Ltd

A Chesterfield based service company covering Derbyshire, Notts, S Yorks etc providing engineers to repair and install commercial catering equipment.

Role: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 1/2 hour paid lunch break

Assisting with all office administration in a service department eg customer invoicing, processing customer payments, sending customer statements, chasing late payments, ordering spares/equipment, supplier invoicing, preparing quotes, taking service phone calls, sending engineers to site using job management system, general office duties eg filing, scanning, photocopying.

Essential experience/qualities/qualifications:
Working within an office environment, computer literate, good English (written & oral) & Maths, happy working within a small team.

Knowledge of Sage 50 accounts software

Must have a keep eye for detail and good memory skills & must be happy working in a small office with a current mix of male and female staff and a team of male engineers

Ideal experience:
Experience of using a computerised job management system.

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
