**Your responsibilities**
- You will be working across the full spectrum of reward, benefits and industrial relations activities including pay negotiations, job evaluations, governance, performance management, data analytics and employment policies
- At Uniper we want to ensure we have great reward and benefits to attract the best people, we want you to help make this a reality as we grow our organisation and you will be developing market data practices which align with our ever changing business needs to drive change in the areas of reward along with discovering and driving the implementation of new benefits and marketing this to our employees
- As a leader of a high performance management culture you will work to embed this in our organisation by working with stakeholders in the business and our HR Business Partnering Team to design the reward frameworks to support this culture
- An expert in data analytics you will be able to transform information into meaningful recommendations for taking the reward and benefits landscape forward

**Your profile**

**Essential**
- Working with complex terms and conditions in a unionised environment is essential for this role
- Educated to degree level with a commercial, business or HR focused skill set
- Experience of working with large data sets, HR systems and platforms to prepare cost benefit analytics and recommendations
- Good stakeholder and networking skills as this role will interact with business leaders, trade union representatives and employees
- Demonstrable experience of a compensation and benefits role in a HR function
- Experienced in job evaluation methodologies including Korn Ferry and Willis Towers Watson

**Desirable**:

- Contract management experience is desirable for third party benefits and suppliers
- Experience of working in the energy sector is advantageous
