As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for letting and selling a portfolio of properties in new builds across London. You will be the first point of contact for potential tenants and will be responsible for arranging viewings, negotiating terms, and closing deals. In addition, you will be responsible for marketing our properties through various channels, conducting market research, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

**Your Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Actively seeking out new tenants for our properties and responding to all enquiries promptly
- Conducting viewings with potential tenants and negotiating terms of the tenancy
- Marketing of properties effectively and provide regular feedback on progress
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and property management staff
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends and local competition
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and initiatives
- Keeping accurate records of all interactions with tenants and landlords
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Sales Negotiator in the property industry is preferred
- A proven track record of achieving targets and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the London property market and the latest industry trends
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Full UK driving license
