A full-time Receptionist & Admin Assistant is urgently required to carry out standard reception and administration duties, for Choices Healthcare, a growing health and social care provider based in Ipswich town centre.

**Typical duties**:

- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Be in regular communication with carers, clients and healthcare professionals
- Maintain the care planner/rota
- Ensure up-to-date maintenance of both computerised and manual filing systems
- Maintaining stationary stock levels and the general office premises
- General filing, word processing, and inputting data
- Any other ad hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least one year reception and/or administration experience
- Healthcare experience would be an advantage but not compulsory
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be confident using the phone
- Be friendly and welcoming
- Be patient and understanding
- Able to work in a team but use own initiative
- Deal with people who may be disgruntled or upset
- Having a good attitude to work and flexibility are essential for this post

Work hours will be Mon-Fri 9-5 with a starting salary of £22,425 per annum.

**Salary**: From £22,425.00 per year
