Position: Youth Worker

Area: Brent

Full Time: 8:30-3:30

The Role & Responsibilities:

- To supervise the internal exclusion room, manage student behaviour & oversee an internal exclusion programme that returns students to their lessons better able to manage their behaviour.
- To manage and analyse behaviour data in a way that positively impacts student outcomes, support students with their return to mainstream lessons & management after school impositions.

**Requirements**:

- Hold professional qualification/experience relating to work with young people.
- Hold good communication and numeric skills/IT & Admin skills.
- You must be a positive role model, enthusiastic and flexible to apply.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Has or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS.
- Adapts will to new environments.
- Is confident maintaining a possible work environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
