Special Education Support Worker

About the RoleThis SEN Teaching Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to work with a specialist provision in London that focuses on vocational learning such as Art, Music and Sports. You will be part of a supportive team that helps students develop confidence, independence and academic achievement.
Your Responsibilities- Support students with emotional needs, behavioural difficulties and social emotional mental health difficulties
- Develop and implement individualised plans to support student progress
- Collaborate with experienced staff members within the support team and senior leadership
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience of working with young people, particularly those with SEND
- Qualifications or an interest in Art, Music and Sports
- Desired experience in Youth work, Sports coaching, Community Outreach and voluntary social support
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, temp to perm contracts, dedicated consultant support, and ongoing training opportunities.
