**Job description**

An opportunity has arisen for a full-time administrator to join our busy team. We are an expanding company of medical professional case managers who look after clients following traumatic injury.

You will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills as you will be involved in the processes and procedures associated with the running of the company.

You must be computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint and internet browsers.

Training will be provided on the use of our databases.

The role will be based at our Pocklington Office. Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

**Requirements**:
Full training will be provided but IT knowledge will be essential.

Previous office administration experience or a keen willingness to learn.

Previous use of a database would be helpful.

General confidence in using Microsoft Office packages needed.

The ability to learn quickly and retain information is a key part of this role.

Polite telephone manner.

Ability to prioritise a changing to-do list.

Comfortable working as part of a team.

**Purpose**

To work under the direction of senior staff to provide admin support as part of the admin team.

**Duties**

Support the admin team and case managers with daily tasks.

Answer telephone calls and pass on the correct information to the relevant person.

Photocopying/printing/scanning/post.

Use computerised records in a database.

**Responsibilities**

All administration tasks associated with the business.

Attend regular zoom meetings.

Remain up to date with essential training.

Be aware of relevant policies and procedures associated with the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year based on experience
