Contracts Administrator

Contracts Assistant required for a construction business in the south of County Durham. This is a full-time, permanent role that has been created to meet the needs of this growing business. It is a fairly entry level role but offers real career prospectsand future development. The salary offered is quite flexible as the range of potential applicants is also flexible.
The Role
To work alongside the Contracts Managers within the contracts department and provide them with a variety of administrative support as required.
Attend all contract related meetings alongside another representative from the business and compile detailed and accurate minutes of all discussions.
Communicate regularly with the Contract Managers with regards to the progress of the various projects.
Liaising with other departments and external contractors to resolve and discrepancies in paperwork / financial queries.
To assist with raising the invoices for the submission value using Sage.
Signing off sub-contract invoices.
Ensuring that supporting documents, training records etc are organised and given to the relevant main contractors as and when required.
Standard scanning / naming of all files in line with company procedures.
Raising purchase orders as required.
Experience
This is an entry level role that will offer the successful applicant some great training and development. Applications are welcome from both graduates with a relevant degree people with a genuine interest in progressing within the Construction industry.
Remuneration
£20,000 to £24,000 per annum.
