We are currently looking for a Receptionist to provide a wade range of front of house reception duties, dealing with all visitors to the premises, handling telephone inquiries and inputing data relating to post.

The role is Monday to Friday 8.00am -5.00pm (1 Hour Lunch break)

The Role
- Welcome visitors to the office ensuring signing procedures are adhered to to ensure the security of the office
- Manage meeting room bookings in outlook
- Checking meeting rooms are clean and stocked ready for office events
- Arrange and manage catering and refreshments requirements for meetings and office events.
- Dealing with telephone enquirers
- Processing high levels of incoming mail and distributing electronically scanning and indexing accurately.
- Ensure Health & Safety is given no one priority to all tasks completed and working environment.

Required for the Role
- Experience working in a reception
- Experience in data entry
- Proficient user of Outlook Calendar
- Customer Focused
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Able to Multi-task
- Confident and flexible manner
- Contributes effective working within a team environment

**Salary**: £21,320.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Reception: 1 year (required)
