Week one Rota:
Monday - 8:00am - 13:30pm

Tuesday - 13:30pm - 18:30pm

Wednesday - OFF

Thursday - 9:30am - 14:00pm

Friday - 8:00am - 14:00pm

Saturday - OFF

Sunday - OFF

Week Two Rota:
Monday - 9:30am - 17:30pm

Tuesday - 8:30am - 14:00pm

Wednesday - OFF

Thursday - OFF

Friday - OFF

Saturday - 13:00pm - 17:00pm

Sunday - 8:30am - 12:30pm

Thursday - Hours minimum will be 21 HPW to cover a staff member’s resignation. However over the summer I will be offering full time hours (37.5 HPW) to help act as summer relief/ cover staff leave requests.

Hours will be over 2 week reoccurring rota (please see attached), running Monday to Sunday and will cover all Bank Holidays including Christmas. Length of contract is currently 6 months with possible extension. Applicant will need to be flexible to help cover shift changes at short notice.

Job Purpose:

- Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit.
- The duties and responsibilities to be undertaken by members of the Practice administration team may include any or all of the items in the following list. Duties may be varied from time to time.

Main Duties:

- Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit.
- coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Receiving and sorting daily mail.
- You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining operations.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
5 GCSEs or equivalent.
Fully Flexible with days.
