This is a great opportunity for a reliable, enthusiastic and friendly Premises Assistant to join our Facilities Team.

Collegiate is a thriving and happy co-educational day school for pupils aged 3 to 18, located in Stapleton, Bristol. The School occupies a thirty-acre campus and has all of its facilities on-site.

This is a permanent, part-time role.

**Hours**: minimum of 8 hrs to a maximum of 18 hrs a week (during non-school hours)

**Working Pattern**:
Either
- Friday to Monday: Friday & Monday, 5.30pm to 9.30 pm, term time Saturdays, 6pm-7pm and 26 x Sundays per year, 9am-5 pm.

Or
- Thursday to Sunday: Thursday & Friday, 5.30pm to 9.30pm, term time Saturdays, 6pm-7pm and 26 x Sundays per year, 9am-5pm.

**Salary**: £22,790 per annum FTE (actual salary from £4,472 to £10,062 per annum)

**What you'll be doing**:

- Taking responsibility for ensuring the school buildings function for after school and sporting activities
- Ensuring the school is secure at the end of the working day
- Acting as a point of contact for people hiring the sports facilities
- Providing excellent customer service at all times to staff, parents, pupils and visitors
- Assisting with general maintenance tasks
- Responding to emergency maintenance situations
