**Reporting to the Operations Manager, this stand alone role has the following responsibilities**:
**Offshore Work scope Parts Dispatch**
- To receive incoming items and assign them to correct areas of the business
- To goods receive items on parts management software and update parts coordinator
- To be responsible for scanning and recording all certification and pass to operations administrator and monitor equipment.
- To pack securely all items to be delivered following instruction from any of the above team members and to affix address labels and despatch notes to boxes.

**Workshop Stores Issue**
- To check that parts in the building correspond with the stock items in Sage.
- To allocate product to spares orders via Sage.
- To pick & pack spares orders (with the exception of dangerous goods where instruction will be given )
- To re-stock returned goods from the workshop.

**Hire / Rental Equipment**
- To receive and transfer to Workshop all offshore rental / hire equipment for repairs.
- To allocate all offshore rental / hire equipment for correct Work scope.

**General Stores Duties**
- To keep the stores area clean and tidy at all times.
- To load orders as requested by the admin team according to priority.
- To book in stock items and allocate goods using Sage.
- To use in a responsible manner, the company’s fork lift truck when moving goods.
- To work at all times within the guidelines of the SSI Health & Safety policy.
- To attend daily meetings in order to prioritise the stores workload with Montrose team

**Drivers Licence** - Essential

**Forklift Licence** - Desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
