The role of the Process Technician at the Montrose site is to support the manufacture of intermediate and active pharmaceutical ingredients (API).
Work will involve working shifts as part of a team or on own operating Processing plant in specific areas ensuring that the highest safety and quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
Work with handling and movement of liquids, solids (including effluent, aqueous and solvent waste) and gasses in a multistage batch processing environment following appropriate documentation, procedures and training. Check local stores to ensure there is adequate supply of consumables for the process, requests an appropriate person to order new materials when required.
* Work within guidelines to minimise waste including Time and Materials, and to minimise risk to the environment associated with spillages and emissions to the atmosphere.
* Will be required to support Emergency Response Role (Fire Fighter, First Aider)
