**The Role**

At Via, we care about helping people overcome substance misuse and we feel that employment goes hand in hand with recovery. Our award-winning IPS Into Work team support people find meaningful employment that aligns with their ambitions so that they have a platform to build a brighter future.

We are looking for someone who has a deep passion to use their lived experience and inspire individuals to embark on their own personalised journey with IPS.

The role is extremely rewarding and you have the opportunity to make a lasting positive impact A normal week would involve:

- Working closely with drug & alcohol services to gain referrals.
- Performing outreach in the community and spreading the word about IPS to get more people accessing the service.
- Participate in presentations to multi-disciplinary teams including recovery practitioners, mental health support workers and community organisations.
- Lead on service user co-production by forming and running an IPS service user group.

**The Service**

Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an evidence-based employment support model that helps people with a background in mental health and/or substance misuse work towards their employment goals through personalised support that aligns with their wellbeing.

The IPS Into Work service went live in January 2019 and have helped hundreds of service users find work that fits into their recovery journey and lifestyle.

Various locations within London (travel will be reimbursed from base of the role) and base will be discussed when interviewed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £23,505.00 per year
