**About the Trust**

Our client was established in 2016 with the purpose of bringing like-minded schools together to work in partnership to deliver a world class education to pupils in Norfolk and Suffolk. The Trust currently consists of 7 secondary schools and 10 primary schools,educating over 5,500 pupils. Their Schools range in size from the largest state boarding school in the UK, to several very small, rural schools and they all share the belief that high quality education is broad ranging and embraces strong extra-curricularprovision and an expectation that all pupils can and should achieve.

In 2023 they are expanding by another 5 schools in Suffolk and therefore are after a HR Manager to be able to support this growth and lead the HR function across Suffolk.

**The Role**

The HR Manager will be looking after our Suffolk schools and be responsible for implementing Trust HR Policies, casework management and will provide HR support and advice to the HR and payroll team as required.
