**About the Role**

Are you organised, calm and process-driven? DOMVS is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our friendly Admin Team, who are at the heart of our business. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the utmost care and attention, while also supporting our sales teams to achieve the best possible result when selling and letting property.

Ensuring the efficient and smooth running of our network of Dorset offices, the role includes answering calls, managing staff appointments, providing polite and professional communication both internally and externally and preparing our properties for marketing. This varied position would suit an individual with strong IT literacy, a keen interest in property and a desire to go above and beyond for our clients.

**30 hours per week with times and days negotiable.**

**The Job Requires**:

- Delivering administrative and project support to both our core offices and our growing franchise operation
- Supporting the sales teams with launching properties to the market, including arranging boards and banners for advertising and bespoke marketing materials
- Maintaining property sales progression with regards to exchange, completion, fall-through and remarketing
- Coordinating client-correspondence and taking the appropriate action to track, record and progress
- Producing a variety of company documents in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements
- Operating and maintaining the company filing system, both physically and on the cloud
- Supporting the marketing team with the production of sales and marketing material, including promotional videos and social content
- Supporting the implementation of corporate policies and procedures
- Responsibility for shop-front presentation
- Working with the Business Support Manager on stock requirements, IT issues and operational supplies
- Supporting the organisation of a calendar of events including exhibitions, seminars and sponsorship

**You Will Be**:

- Highly proficient using Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong organisational, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and co-ordinate workloads
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
