Are you a Revenue professional looking to take the next steps in your finance career? If the answer is yes, we’re looking for a **Revenue Controller** to join our ever growing, Bidwells central Finance team.

Bidwells is one of the UK’s leading property consultancies with offices in Cambridge, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Norwich, London and Scotland. Our 550 people strong business remains a highly successful company with a turnover of just above £55 million. We have ambitions to grow the business further and are looking for an accomplished Accountant to support the business through this period of change.

The main duties of this role will be to partner with different departments in the business regarding their revenues and billings.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Onboarding New Jobs within the system, reviewing and understanding the terms of business/ letter of engagement/ contract supporting the job.
- Work in Progress and Order book Management, including reviewing job portfolios with assigned teams
- Timesheet Policing & Management of Consultant Time, reviewing weekly timesheet reports and engaging with fee earners with missing time.
- Contribute to the management of the team inbox, processing write off or time transfer requests and closing jobs once they are completed.
- Validate and process invoice requests when Billing.
- Understanding the management structure of the Department you are assigned. Creating and building working relationships with the Team Leaders, Job Leaders and Admins.
- Guidance to the business on how to use job and billing related screens and processes in Netsuite effectively whilst supporting knowledge and training on the Netsuite Hub.
