What you’ll do:
The Logistics Coordinator will report to the Logistics Planning Manager and be responsible for logistics planning, controlling, and implementing processes, for example related to global fleet management, utilisation, allocation including:
Key Responsibilities include:

- Administration of mobilisation and de-mobilisation / delivery of equipment and material to all new and existing project sites across defined territories, ensure submission of necessary documentation and update relevant systems and databases
- Ensure correct documentation of import and export processes for all materials and related equipment, liaising with appropriate authorities, as necessary
- Administration of required cargo/driver documentation and certifications
- Responsible for collection and delivery of equipment to and from customer sites
- Develop and maintain direct lines of communication with all transport suppliers to ensure all requirements are met
- Produce relevant performance monitoring data with regard to On Time In Full and transport recoveries
- Identify suitable equipment to fulfill contract requirements
- Ensure compliance to Aggreko procedures including ISO/ Internal/ External/ PLC Audits
- Always ensure strict adherence to Aggreko’s QHSE policies and practices

Who we’re looking for

You will ideally have experience in a logistics, operations, or supply chain management environment.

You will have a strong knowledge of technical procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience. You will need to be able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time, and to a high level of quality and accuracy, with strong attention to detail and have good communication and organisational skills with a degree of flexibility.
