**Job Summary**

Have good communication skills and work well within a small enthusiast team and on their own. To ensure compliance with Legislation and company procedures in respect of LCCP and including Health & Safety in the workplace and public areas at all times.

**Main Duties**
- Support the Management Team in driving the performance of the casino measured against a balanced scorecard of targets covering, customer service, and team metrics. To follow immediately instructions from the management team.
- Be accountable for the efficient management of the entrance/exit to the premises in regards to incoming and outgoing within the club.
- To be fully conversant and comply with all aspects of Legislation and LCCP including company policy and procedures relating to Health & Safety and security.
- Be SIA accredited thereby showing knowledge of public safety and security.
- Have an understanding of current legal restrictions [GDPR] and Data Protection.
- Ensure your casino proactively complies with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements, and that you are a champion for safer gambling.
- Champion and role model our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility and Solutions.
- Values and personally demonstrates behaviours that support and encourages inclusion and diversity.
- Show patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations utilising your customer service skills, dealing with conflict appropriately as per your training.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal to both internal and external individuals, always being thorough and paying attention to detail.
- Be able to patrol both within the Casino and externally and the ability to identify issues before they escalate thereby protecting the premises, staff and customers.
- Knowledge of first aid.
- Ensure that you are dressed correctly to satisfy requirements in accordance with company policy.

**Person Specification**:

- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work varied shifts and follow instruction.
- Good communication skills are essential.
- SIA accredited

- Salary starts from £24’960
- Straight shifts
- 40-hour week - 4 shifts over 7days. Shifts will include evenings and weekends and will involve some late finishes.
