We are searching for a Residential Sales Administrator to support our sales team, working on new home developments located in Belfast, Derry, Limavady, Ballykelly, Claudy & Portrush.

**ROLE**: Residential Sales Administrator

**LOCATION**: Office based, Limavady

**HOURS**: 25 - 35 Hours

**SALARY**: Depending on experience

The Role:

- (includes but may not be limited to)_
- Booking viewings and valuations.
- Registering applicant details.
- Estate agency admin for new & existing instructions.
- Updating sales and lettings properties on CRM.
- Liaison with financial & conveyancing partners.
- Estate agency company & legislative compliances.
- Provide high levels of customer service.
- Support the sales team.

Essential Criteria:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Min 2 years admin experience.
- 5 GCSE’s, Grade C and above.
- Can do attitude with attention to detail.

Desirable Criteria:

- The role would require someone with the ability to work independently so experience in the industry, or within a similar role is preferable.
- Access to own vehicle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 - 35 per week

**Salary**: £14,300.00-£20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Limavady: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- administration: 1 year (preferred)
