**CMA HR Division is delighted to be assisting a pivotal business within Portsmouth, Hampshire who are looking for 2 Interim HR Administrators to join the team during a period of change.Initially on a 6 months FTC, this opportunity could potentiallylead to becoming a permanent member of the team.**
**What will the HR Administrator role involve?**
- General administrative duties in a team that is responsible for 3500;
- Processing the end to end life cycle for employees including on boarding, references, absence, promotions, flexible working, Mat/Paternity, redundancies and more;
- Focused on ensuring continuous improvement and developing ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of procedures used;
- Created strong working business relationships across many departments;
- Ensuring all calculations and payments for payroll are correct and sent to the payroll Department in time;
- Liaising with multiple business units and departments to ensure that procedures and policies are adhered to when delivering high quality solutions for the clients;
- Responsible for first line HR responses to queries.
- Ideally qualified to Level 3 CIPD;
- Previous experience within HR;
- Knowledge of raising employment contracts.

**Additional benefits and information for the role of HR Administrator**:

- Office based but able to work 1 days a week from home;
- 37 hour working week.
