Duties

  • Create, distribute and collate accurate HR documentation including contracts, job descriptions and starter packs.
  • Liaise with external recruitment providers to organise interviews for hiring managers
  • Ensure documentation is stored accurately and in accordance with GDPR regulations as well as company policy
  • Update, maintain and keep confidential employee records up to date on the HR Matrix
  • Ensure policies are being reviewed regularly and updated in line with company and legislative changes.
  • Prepare and submit reports of employee data when required
  • Prepare documentation for employee related issues
  • Keep up to date with current HR issues and employment law
  • Minute taking of meetings
  • Other Duties as directed upon request
  • Responsible for yours and others Health & Safety
  • Travel between sites to provide HR support

Experience

  • Proven administrative skills in an HR role or similar
  • Good understanding of employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • Ability to manage complex, sensitive issues
  • Ability to analyse and resolve problems effectively & promptly and escalate where necessary.


Excellent IT skills:
  • Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Driving License required for travel

Qualifications

  • Educated to CIPD level 3 or 5 or equivalent

Working hours
Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm
