We are a long established employee owned Sherburn in Elmet based business, specialising in structural repairs. We are looking for a full time office administrator and book keeper to join our small team.

You must be willing to learn new skills and multi-task throughout the day. A friendly and helpful telephone manner is essential. Computer literacy is a must, to progress in basic word, excel, sage and database work.

Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm, Friday 8am to 4.30pm

General duties will include
- Answering the telephone
- Taking customer information
- Booking of surveys
- Filing
- Booking keeping
- Data input
- General administration duties
- Punctual / good time keeping
- Good telephone manner
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Knowledge of word/excel/sage - computer literate
- Excellent attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
