**Role Overview**: You will play a significant role in this new initiative focused on achieving excellent client relations and the operational organisation of a local group of agents. You should have extremely good communications and a genuine interest in human behaviour and relationship development. You will be operating within the Wyre Forest and supporting the local team of agents both in and out of the office. You will receive ongoing support and coaching to develop your skills and opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met.
- Provide operational support and supervision of our agent team throughout the buying or selling process.
- Provide a diverse and flexible service both in and out of the office.
- Ensure the highest levels of communication at all times.
- **Qualifications and Requirements**:
You will most likely have a Graduate level education.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to address client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- A commitment to continuous development regarding effective business relationships and performance.
