**Office Manager**

**£30,000 - £35,000**

Firstly, this role is new to the business so you can make it your own and after my meeting with the Director he is seeking an Office Manager who wants the autonomy to execute ideas and processes.

This business situated in the heart of Manchester City centre is organically expanding with lots of exciting plans. They are the leaders in what they do so have clear market dominance and they are making a difference to lives every day so this will withouta doubt be a business you will be proud to be part of.

What they need is someone with the following skills / ideas / experience:

- Commercially minded so can simply observe the business as it is and bring ideas on how to improve / run more smoothly
- Confident implementing new processes to develop business operations
- Collate data for Directors and Managers
- Attend meetings and be a part of all departments
- Manage all employees and be the main point of contact
- Conduct 121's with staff and plan ahead / set goals with individuals
- Deal with basic HR duties including back to work meetings, recruitment, team building, lateness etc
- Enhance the business culture and beliefs

This business is one of kind and is a fantastic opportunity for someone with office management experience but wanting to take things to the next level and essentially create the role and be the point of communication within the business.

Staff retention within the business is already excellent so you will be coming into a positive team environment that you can enhance.

Salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed at interview stage.
