**About the role**
The Arm Developer Marketing team is looking for a **Senior Manager, Developer Program t**o drive global developer engagement on Arm technology.
This is a meaningful role in driving knowledge and stickiness around Arm’s products to software developers.
You will gain valuable experience in a highly dynamic team, supporting our overall business goals.
**Accountabilities**
- Contribute to and manage a new Arm Developer Program
- Coordinating speakers for tech talks
- Sourcing content and projects from internal and external contributors
- Building recognition for our members and Arm Ambassadors
- Managing day to day admin of the community
- Crafting and nurturing meetups and community relationships
- Curating a program to run throughout the year
- Attend events across developer communities to meet and learn from the engagements
**Job Requirements**
What skills, experience and qualifications do I need?
- Proven knowledge of community engagement
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; experience developing strong working relationships
- Exceptional project and time management skills - highly organized and detail focused
- Communication capabilities e.g newsletters, social media, comms channels
- Proactive, methodical and creative thinker
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Consultative approach to questions, concerns and issues
- Team player and experience of working in a global team but able to work with minimum supervision
- Experience of budget management
- Strong collaboration skills, culturally sensitive, and can adjust communication style to various audiences
- Ability to create written content, tailored to a developer audience
- Willingness to travel as required to support onsite at events
- Proficiency with Microsoft office programs including Word, PPT and Excel
- Understanding of Arm technology
