**Customer Experience Coordinator**
Hours:Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 (Some additional hours as required with international time zones)

**Salary**: Circ £26,000
My client based in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join their lively and busy team. The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of essential administrative tasks and assisting with customer points of contact alongtheir journey. The Customer Experience team sits within the Operations department, and the Customer Experience Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the whole department runs smoothly.
You will also need to be a personable individual, happy to communicate with customers, assist with general customer queries and work closely on relevant projects with the rest of the Customer Experience team. You will be a pro-active individual who is alwayslooking for ways to improve our existing processes with the customer at the heart of every decision.- Knowledge and skills required:

- Strong planning, organisation skills and time management skills to multi-task and deal with a varied workload, ensuring the needs of the customer are always achieved and put first
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Enjoy working under pressure with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload using own initiative to meet deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and Salesforce, or other CRM, experience essential

- Distributing confirmation and program details
- Processing and sending information out
- Processing successful identification badges
- Data input and management
- Assist with participants queries
- Assist with participants attendance queries
- Updating resellers regularly and accurately
- Creating remote learning links
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as required
