**ABOUT US**

Fletcher's is a family owned and operated restaurant and bar with 6 hotel rooms situated in the middle of Stirling city centre. Consistently rated on of the best restaurants in Stirling for food, cocktails and accommodation we have been growing rapidly since we opened in 2019.

Voted Restaurant of the Year at Stirling Business Awards 2023 and now finalists at Scottish Entertainment awards.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

We have a fantastic team at Fletcher's who have all became part of the the family over the years. So as we grow, we are looking for fun, hard working individuals to join our ranks and help us make Summer 2023 the best yet.

The role will include varied shifts around a flexible rota.

Hours available from **5 - 45 hours** depending on what you are looking for and your flexibility.

**ON TARGET EARNINGS**

Hourly rate advertised is based on minimum wage plus estimated £2 hour on tips which is the annual average at Fletcher's.

**EXPECTATIONS**:

- Fit into an established team
- Experience preferred but not essential
- Happy to work/learn both server and bartender capacity
- Enjoy speaking/looking after customers
- Hard working with positive attitude towards tasks
- Flexible to work over 7 days
- Available for vast majority of summer (excluding any booked holidays)

For full time and/or permanent contracts - availability all year including Christmas, New Year, Mother's Day and Easter is essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 6-20 per week

**Salary**: £9.00-£12.50 per hour
