Karma Lake of Menteith, Port of Menteith is looking to add Bartenders & Waiters to it's existing strong Food and Beverage department, working across our Port Bar and Lakeside Restaurant the team serve around guests per day.


Duties:

  • Greet customers and take their orders
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organized area
  • Collect payment from customers and provide accurate change
  • Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
  • Hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
  • Experience in food service or food handling is a plus
  • Familiarity with cashiering procedures
  • Knowledge of brewing techniques for specialty drinks is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with attention to detail
