**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**Join our community.**

Within this role you’ll use a variety of skills to build, develop and maintain Santander’s relationship with Intermediary firms, supporting our regional development teams with complex criteria questions and problematic, urgent cases where intervention is required to support a positive outcome.

The work you’ll do is important as Santander for Intermediaries delivers more than 80% of Santander’s overall mortgage lending for the UK.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic team to support and manage new mortgage business to achieve lending and market share objectives. Together, we will provide the best-in-class service, guidance and support to both brokers and colleagues.

- Developing and maintaining in depth knowledge of Intermediaries business and processes.

**What you’ll bring.**
- Experience in an administrative background, working to strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills, with a proven ability to communicate at all levels.
- You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Knowledge on the intermediary mortgage market.
- Understanding of Santander lending criteria, products & processes would be beneficial although not essential.
- Experience in working with and communicating to stakeholders
- Evidence of improving processes and delivering solutions.

**What else you need to know.**

This is a permanent full-time role based in Glasgow. Our working hours Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00
