Here at Ground Control we have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract to support with operational change.

You take ownership of all HR related administration and will be the point of contact for any administrative or process queries for our managers and employees.

**What you will achieve**:

- Providing a high standard of support to all business stakeholders focusing on ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly delivering maximum output.
- Ownership of all data within our people system hiBob ensuring accuracy and relevancy.
- Responsibility for HR shared mailbox acting as the primary point of contact for all HR related issues.
- Producing relevant HR documents when required, continuously reviewing processes and procedures and highlighting areas for improvement.

**Who we are looking for**:

- A passionate HR professional with experience gained in a fast paced organization with a strong drive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Significant experience of working within a generalist HR role covering administration, data, payroll process and reporting.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office including Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional relationship skills with a proven record of building trusted relationships with a range of business stakeholders.
- Pragmatic with the ability to flex both the solution and approach to meet changing business needs.
- Highly resilient and very comfortable with ambiguity with the ability to prioritise and work flexibly to balance business requirements with commercial drivers.
