Head of Patient Experience

The Patient Experience Administrator will play an essential role in delivering an excellent support service by assisting and provident administrative support to the Patient Experience Team. The post holder will perform a range of specific tasks in relation to the administration of complaints, concerns, lost properties, compliments and other feedback.
