- **ANSWER CALLS FROM OUR CUSTOMERS AND FOLLOW UP ANY REQUESTS AS QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY AS POSSIBLE.**
- **WORK AS A TEAM TO COMPLETE ALL TASKS THAT MAY ARISE, SUCH AS EMAILS, DEALING WITH EQUIPMENT, CASH HANDLING AND CLERICAL WORK, ETC.**
- **ABLE TO WORK ANY HOUR THROUGHOUT THE DAY/NIGHT AS THIS IS A 24/7 COMPANY AND YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED DIFFERENT FIXED ROTAS THROUGHOUT A 4 WEEK PERIOD, SOME OVER NIGHTS MAY BE REQUIRED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AS HOLIDAY COVER.**

- **EXCELLENT PHONE MANNER.**
- **GOOD WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.**
- **EXPERIENCE IN A CALL CENTER PREFERABLE.**
- **GOOD ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS.**
