Our professional HR Consultants provide practical advice across the full spectrum of HR policies and procedures as well as support significant change, working together with trade union colleagues and managers. As an experienced HR generalist, you will be experienced and confident in leading workforce projects, building relationships quickly and recognising the needs of our customers so you can advise accordingly.

You will also have the opportunity to be involved in developing policies and frameworks so our workforce is equipped for the future, where diversity of experience and background is valued and our staff are skilled, engaged and committed to performing well in their roles.

Your role will include:

- Being a key member of a team aligned to supporting a number of services and building effective relationships with our internal customers
- Managing a caseload of complex issues, both collective and individual, with a view to achieving pragmatic and sensitive resolutions.
- Representing the HR team on cross cutting issues and projects such as service changes, and internal policy/ issue groups
- Supporting the development of HR colleagues in their professional skills and approach
