Our client is an established, award-winning company looking to expand within their industry, with impressive, modern offices based close to Nottingham City Centre. They are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy Accounts departmentto manage the Purchase Ledger.
In return our client is offering a competitive salary of up to c£28,000 and a great benefits package including 33 days annual leave including bank holidays, a contributary pension scheme, as well as training opportunities to further own development.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Process high volume of invoices and identity invoices that need paying promptly
- Prepare and process payment runs
- Liaise with internal and external suppliers and customers to provide resolutions
- Assist with closing the ledger at month end
- Maintain and edit accurate suppliers’ ledgers
**Skills & Experience**
- Level 2 AAT qualified (or higher)
- Previous purchase ledger experience
- Able to handle a large workload and hit deadlines
- Ability to work cohesively within a team
- Confidence to work on own initiative to complete tasks
