As a finance business partner you will work for a Global leader who has consistently grown its profits over the last 3 years and they are not about to stop here
- .. with sites in the UK and Poland. They also operate plants in the US and Australia.

You’ll support individual departments as the main finance contract at the Peterlee manufacturing site, becoming a vital sounding board and advisor to ensure the right decisions are made for the company. You’ll get involved and influence how they can develop their ways of working to be more effective.

You’ll be comfortable producing accurate reports, analysing data and reporting on KPI’s which you will then present to management and suggest improvements based on the trend analysis.

Experience of production, warehousing or manufacturing would be an advantage, part of your role will involve reviewing, creating, and managing BOMs. You will create production/stock codes and BOMs where needed. Many are already in place but there will be a need to create new ones for some products or specific orders.

You’ll be confident to carry out stock takes at month end reporting on discrepancies and variances, such as wastage and quantities of stock levels. You will need to investigate and work closely with the production Manager on your findings.

In return you will receive a healthy benefits package which includes death in service of three times your annual salary, a substantial yearly bonus. Not only do you receive 25 days holiday + bank holidays you will receive 3 days volunteering leave. This means you can give 3 days to a local charity of your choice and your pay will not be affected.
