**Your Impact**

As the HR Shared Services Processing Centre HRSS Specialist, your primary focus is to drive operational excellence by efficiently processing moderate to complex employee transactions supporting the Nordic region - specifically Sweden and Finland. You'll be a vital member of the HR Shared Services Processing Centre, managing day-to-day operational transactions and collaborating with other operational functions and third-party vendors.

**What You Need to Succeed**
- Relevant progressive experience in HR operations or shared service model within the EMEA region
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge would be an asset.
- Full competency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
