Will be Responsible for the day-to-day functions of the restaurant food & beverage department. The primary job is to plan and manage the Hotel and the Brasserie Restaurant & Bar as needed in order to achieve customer happiness, quality service & compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
- Make knowledgeable recommendations to guests regarding menu items, specials, and beverage options.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet hotel standards.
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and offer additional assistance as needed.
- Anticipate guests' needs and proactively provide refills, condiments, and other items to enhance their dining experience.
- Process guest payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables, resetting utensils, and ensuring cleanliness of surfaces.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty and ethics; Self-starter, flexible, and able to work independently

**Salary**: National minimum wage (Can be Negotiable)
