About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Crowne Plaza Plymouth. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Maximize opportunities to sell and promote our menu offerings, ensuring guests have a comprehensive understanding of our products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and food safety standards.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to meet the needs of our guests.
