Our Senior Wedding Co-ordinator will have been working in the Hospitality industry for at least 3-5 years, preferably already in a wedding Co Ordinator or Management position.

You will need to be passionate, very well organised, and reliable; you fully understand the needs of our clients, manage expectations, and enjoy the buzz of coordinating weddings and events. You will need a good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responding to all enquiries (corporate, social and Wedding) in a timely, confident & professional manner, taking every opportunity to up sell and identify sales opportunities.
- Ensuring a high conversion rate of enquiries to sales to drive revenue.
- Conducting client show rounds and appointments, displaying a clear & comprehensive knowledge of the venue.
- Producing detailed proposals for prospective clients, liaising to ascertain their precise event requirements.
- Leading the Events Office Team and FOH Operations Team.
- To work in collaboration with the operational team to ensure all event details are correct and that service is delivered to meet and exceed the client expectations.
- Cash handling, understanding of financial aspects of the job and working alongside Sales targets.
- Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, both pre-post and during each event. Conducting post event feedback requests to check satisfaction and secure repeat business if appropriate.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with all areas, including, kitchen, front of house, Garden and head office.
- Carrying out checks, ensuring high operational standards are met at all times
- Menu and package development
- Organising and participating in Wedding Open Days.
- To produce weekly reports for Head Office.
- To be proactive in looking for new marketing ideas and what competitors are offering to ensure we are the best.
- To bring together all areas of the Business to make sure we all work together efficiently.
- To be part of the Team and offer support to all areas to make sure all Events are executed successfully.
