**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Completing writing projects and following content requirements in terms of style and project

specifications.
- Review end-user feedback to ensure a thorough communication and enablement plan for an excellent end-user experience.
- Performing iterations from user feedback throughout the content creation lifecycle.
- Coordination of internal communications flow within Messaging and Collaboration team.
- Ability to create an effective communication plan and schedule.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- At least three years of experience in content writing with a focus on corporate communications and end-user experience within a technical environment.
- Familiarity with Content Brief creation and execution.
- Prior experience with copywriting, proofreading, and editing practices.
- Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, timely, and flexible.
- Strong verbal and presentation skills required.
- English proficiency - C2.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Experience in multi-media or content production (storyboarding) a plus.
- Ability to initiate and effectively engage in conversations with all levels of an organization

preferred.
- Experience working in an agile environment or within a corporate project team.
