As Senior User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end user experience design process. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define and implement an effective user experience roadmap. Your role will involve conducting user research, and analysing user feedback to inform design decisions and turning this into valid proposals for improvements. You will also create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate your ideas, cognisant of usability best practices and accessibility standards.

Excellent organisational and communication skills are expected along with a demonstrable ability to collaborate with a wide-range of users and other stakeholders with varying requirements and expectations. Most importantly you will bring drive and insight to this exciting and dynamic role, becoming an advocate for user-centred design, having a significant positive impact on digital experience across the University.
