4M Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to work for a rewarding Charity who provide practical help and personalised support through their education, housing, justice and health and wellbeing services.
- 20 hours per week (hours to be discussed)
- Monday
- Friday
- Home working between property and office visits
- Full driving license and car owner essential
- £16.53 per hour via Umbrella Company

This role will support 10-12 service users across 3 properties who are vulnerable adult service users including prison leavers who are based in charity properties in the Canterbury area

This role will be providing support for vulnerable adult service users offering a person centred support ensuring service users build confidence and independence as well as providing housing and property management solutions with the aim of achieving a successful move-on.

Typical tasks will include:

- Develop and deliver person centred support and safety plans
- Align support plans to compliment other support services and agencies
- Evidence service users progress
- Monitor and report safeguarding issues
- Ensure welfare and benefits are claimed to minimise arrears
- Minimise void times ensuring properties are re let
- Property management ensuring health and safety and repairs.
- Rate of pay £16.53 per hour via a umbrella company
- Ongoing temp contract and permanent options
- Due to the nature of this role you will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS Adults check
