**You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.**

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a delightful and resilient lady in her 70’s who lives in Audley independently with the support from her dedicated care team. We are looking for a support worker to join her team to support with her complex care needs throughout the day.

She values her independence and enjoys engaging in social activities. Despite her complex care needs, she remains active and full of life. She is looking for a caring and dedicated support worker to help her navigate daily challenges while providing companionship and enriching her life.

Spending time with her animals is a significant part of her daily routine, especially with her Shetland pony with the assistance and support from her care team. She enjoys the interaction with others and has friends close by who enjoys visiting.

Throughout the day you will be required to provide support with her personal care, moving and handling requirements, attending to her clinical care needs, and supporting her to enjoy her hobbies and interests.

**To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following**:

- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Valid Driving Licence
- Pet Friendly

**Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role**:

- Brain Injuries
- Dysphagia

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**We have the following shifts available**
- Full Time Days
- 3 Shifts Per Week
- 8am-8pm or 10am - 10pm

**Take a look at our pay rates**

Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (£156 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Weekends: £13.50 per hour (£162 approx. per 12-hour shift

Bank Holidays: £15.00 per hour (£180 approx. per 12-hour shift)
