Repeat Prescription Clerk

Permanent position - Part time

Trinity Surgery is seeking a part time repeat prescription clerk, to join our pro-active and friendly team.

The repeat prescription clerk is responsible for the safe, efficient and effective processing of repeat prescriptions for patients and will need to work closely with community pharmacies and administrative teams. You will be the main point of contact for enquiries about prescriptions from patients and pharmacies; therefore a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills are essential.

Previous experience of working in a GP Practice or community pharmacy, knowledge of the SystmOne clinical system, medications, medical terminology, read coding and the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QoF) are advantageous; multi-lingual skills may be beneficial. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time
