**At Şef Steakhouse we are all about our guests. We strive to provide a seamless, memorable experience for every guest, every time.**

**The Host/Host will assist with the guest experience by greeting and serving guests at the front counter. The Host will provide a warm and friendly greeting to all guests, while actively engaging with each guest for a unique guest experience. The Host will serve food and beverage to guests in the dining room, and assist with table assignments, food orders, and beverage service. The Host/Hostess will also assist in the preparation of tableside menus for family members and staff members. The Host/Hostess will serve as the first point of contact for each guest throughout their visit to Şef Steakhouse.**

**The Position Requirements include**:

- Must have a positive, outgoing attitude and be able to work well as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other staff members
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more)
- Ability to work weekends when required (not always available)
- Position hours are from 11 am - late night (depending on activity at the front desk)

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.25 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cheltenham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
