- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your designated floor
- Communicate with servers and bar staff to ensure smooth experience for guests
- Provide information about the venue, ie the themed rooms, recommendations for different drinks and other experiences we offer.
- Handle guest enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist in other areas of the venue as needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £5.28-£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
