**Job Description: Pension Administrator**
**Position Overview**:We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented administrator to join our team and play a vital role in assisting individuals across the UK in locating and accessing their unclaimed or forgotten pension funds. As a Pension Administrator, you will utilize your investigative skills, communication prowess, and dedication to ensure our clients secure their rightful pension benefits and achieve financial security during their retirement years. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough research and investigations to trace and identify pension accounts associated with clients.
- Making outbound calls as well as answering inbound calls from clients and financial firms.
- Utilize our extensive databases, records, and communication channels to gather pertinent information about clients' previous employers and pension schemes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing guidance through the pension tracing process and explaining each step involved.
- Collaborate with pension providers, government agencies, and other relevant parties to acquire accurate and up-to-date pension information.
- Maintain meticulous records of each case, documenting progress, correspondence, and final outcomes.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in financial services or customer support
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in research and communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
- A problem-solving mindset that empowers you to navigate challenges and obstacles inherent in pension tracing.
- Ability to treat sensitive client information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases concurrently, while upholding the quality of each case.
- Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to embrace evolving processes and shifting priorities.
