**About this job**:
We are looking for 2 enthusiastic Sales and Leasing Officers with Right to Buy and Leasehold Management experience to work in our busy Sales and Leasing team. The Sales and Leasing Team are part of My Place within LBBD, and both posts are being offered on a 12-month Fixed Term basis. However, My Place is currently in the first phase of a restructure and therefore the post maybe terminated sooner, should the restructure complete within that time.. The role is varied, and no two days are ever the same. You could be assisting our leaseholders with a query on their service charges, investigating their concerns and liaising with other services to ensure a full comprehensive response is provided. You will be compiling information for a resale pack where you will be responsible for handling and coordinating interactions between prospective buyers, vendors and solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure completions are completed as smoothly as possible. Take enforcement action for breach of lease and ensuring all timescales and actions are completed. You will need to ensure all sublet requests are processed and recorded and all associated fees are collected. This role is customer focussed and you will need to deliver a professional service being mindful of our DRIVE values and ensuring that you contribute to improving the service and the customer journey. The job can be challenging, and you will need to be able to think on your feet and prioritise your workload to ensure both statutory and corporate timescales are met, as well as being a team player.

**Special requirements for this post**:
The role is predominately home based but you will be required to come into the office at least once a week so a good reliable internet connection is required. Knowledge and Experience of working in Leasehold Management is essential.
