Easton Group is an established family business with 50 years’ experience in the property industry. Based in Dundonald, the business has a robust portfolio of residential and commercial properties, and we are currently looking for a Property Maintenance Operative to join our expanding team. This role would suit an experienced multi-trader with excellent communication skills, who enjoys working independently and as part of a small team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to company policy and procedures.
- Follow the Health and Safety guidelines, as exhibited on COSHH.
- To carry out a variety of property repairs, as required, and indicated by the Maintenance Manager.
- To arrange and follow a property maintenance schedule, managing time effectively, and ensuring that every repair is completed to the highest standard.
- To maintain a professional manner whilst conducting repairs and interacting with tenants.
- Always take precautionary Health and Safety measures while carrying out maintenance work.
- Carry out risk assessments for the use of equipment within premises and the surrounding area.
- To immediately report back to the Maintenance Manager of any faults or repairs that could not be rectified.
- To ensure the correct and economical use of materials/ equipment, keeping wastage to a minimum.
- The ability to adapt and learn quickly will be important within this role.

**Key** **Requirements**:

- A Full clean UK drivers’ licence is **essential**.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

- Kilmarnock, KA2 9EW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Clean UK Drivers Licence (required)
